Heavy Duty Center Driven Payoff
This is a flexible unwinding system designed for the smooth payoff of pre-slit master coils or any number of similar pancake coils (mults). Typically the Model 247 is mounted on linear ways to facilitate side to side motion either for the purpose of tracking tomaintain coil orientation or to step position when paying off mults.
This versatile uncoiler is available with several drum options to accommodate a variety of package configurations.Options include a variety of coated drum surfaces, filler plates for multiple coil I.D.s, andside support flanges.
The uncoiler is available various drive options which are determined by customer requirements and can be used at speed of up to 1,500 fpm. Left or right hand configurations are available.
